Before and After
Constructed in 1963, this studio apartment in a Denver highrise condo needed to be renovated, and then furnished to be a travel nurse rental.
The studio is only 460sqft, so every inch mattered in the design and furnishing of the apartment.
Originally, the space had a large murphy bed taking up too much space, nor did it have a dishwasher. The plan was to modernize and optimize the space.

This property was purchased as a turn-key rental for travel nurses and needed to be furnished (after the staging was removed).
On this rearrange job we changed out lighting fixtures to make it a little more modern, and fully furnished the apartment.
